This diorama is part of the Tales Most Disturbing series.

This fairytale-inspired series is hand painted and constructed to resemble an old treasured tome.

Displayed on their own stand… each little diorama book tells a tale not so happily ever after.

The Witch of the Wood… In true fairytale form, tales of the child-eating witch has been adapted by countless cultures… each version leaving comparable psychic scars.

The hand-painted, original poem inside the book reads:

“Beware the Witch within the wood,
Enchanting as she seems..
She’ll lure with lies and words of praise,
But leave you on your knees.

Then the Crone will kill and eat
Your sweetest human meat…
She’ll suck you dry and pick your bones,
Until her meal’s complete.”
